Processing Times
All stained glass pieces are handmade to order.
- Ready-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces: Typically ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
I currently ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier provides the safest and fastest delivery for your item.
- All orders include tracking
- Upgraded or expedited shipping is available upon request.
Packaging & Handling
Stained glass is fragile, so each piece is packaged with great care.
- Items are wrapped in protective foam, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxing to ensure safe transit.
- Larger pieces may require additional handling time or special packaging to prevent damage.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the carrier scans your package, it is out of my control.
- Lost or delayed packages: Please reach out to the carrier first. If they cannot locate the package, contact me and I will help resolve the issue.
- Damaged items: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can file a claim and provide a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer due to high carrier volume. Please order early to ensure arrival before specific dates.
