Handmade Nature of Products
All of my stained glass pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the uniqueness of handmade art. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns
Because each item is handmade, I do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Please make sure to review item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact me prior to ordering.
Order Cancellations
- Ready-made items: May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces: Cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- I will replace the item or issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to carrier limitations.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the package cannot be located, reach out to me and I will assist in filing a claim.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.
This includes pieces created to your requested pattern, color selection, name, date, or size.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
